Physical Therapy
Denver, CO
Whether you're dealing with knee pain, back pain, shoulder pain, or a nagging injury that won't go away, Revo's Denver physical therapy team gets you back to full speed — faster, and with fewer visits.
Every session is one-on-one, 60 minutes, with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. No aides, no rotating providers, no 15-minute time slots split three ways.
To provide you with the utmost quality of care, we do not have contracts with insurance companies. We act as an out-of-network provider, meaning we collect payment for our services and can provide you with paperwork to submit for reimbursement to your insurance carrier. PTs in the state of Colorado have direct access, meaning no physician prescription is required to access our services. This saves you time and money, getting you the treatment you need exactly when you need it.
We believe strongly that movement quality is the key to being durable as an athlete. This movement philosophy helps us find the root cause of your pain and address the primary issue — not just the symptom.
Our expert Physical Therapists treat pediatric patients as well as adults, professional athletes and weekend warriors alike.

This 60-minute session is for new patients and for returning patients with new sites of pain or new injuries. When in doubt, this is the session to schedule so your PT is prepared for an evaluation appointment. We will typically have time for only one body part to be properly evaluated during a 60-minute session.
-
This 60-minute session is for returning patients. You’ve already had your Initial Evaluation with a PT. Now, you and your clinician are working on the areas of need identified during that evaluation.
-
This 90-minute session is intended for patients who would like to have 2 areas of the body evaluated at the same time or who have an extensive history with a specific injury site.
-
For all post-operative and dry needling sessions, you should have already been to an Initial Evaluation session with your clinician. At that initial session, your PT will guide you on which type of follow-up appointment is most appropriate for your needs.
Orthopedic Rehabilitation
Focused, hands-on care for everyday aches, injuries, and mobility limits — knee pain, back pain, hip pain, shoulder pain, and everything in between. We combine manual therapy, soft tissue work, and dry needling with a detailed movement assessment to find what's actually driving your pain, not just where it hurts.

Sports Rehabilitation
Get back to your sport, not just back to "normal." We use motion capture and EMG testing to find exactly what's limiting you — whether that's a stubborn shoulder, a knee that won't trust itself after ACL reconstruction, or hip pain that flares up on long runs.

Strength training
“I’ve worked with Ryan and Matt in PT and participated in the various strength classes they offer as well. They are really knowledgeable, give me confidence with resistance training and that I am getting the movements down with correct form. They have really helped my running keeping me on the road and trails so i can hit my marathon and ultramarathon goals in a healthy and confident way. Really feel that my running has hit a new high because of their team!”

“As an active 43 year with knee and shoulder issues, I have a ton of experience working with physical therapists. I chose Revo as my PT for recovery from me full knee replacement and couldn't be happier. I have worked extensively with both Ryan and Matt and I can honestly say they are both top notch therapists that will get you on the road to recovery. 6 months post surgery I'm squatting deeper and moving better than I have since I was 25.”
— Travis Knight
Post-operative Rehabilitation
Coming off a surgery is its own kind of injury. We manage swelling and incision care in the early stages, then rebuild range of motion and strength with a plan built around your surgeon's protocol and your return-to-activity goals. “I've worked with Ryan the last 8 months to heal a nagging knee injury and his support throughout that process has been exceptional. Every week, he has reviewed how things have been going with my rehab, walked me through the new exercises to move things forward, and sent all of the details that I need in an email to reference at home. Ryan has been clear in explaining what's going on with my injury, where things are at, and the timetable to return to sports. I definitively recommend working with Ryan and his team!”
— Chris Gemma
“I've worked with Dr. Sellen for awhile now, and can't say enough good things - he's sharp, attentive, and sincerely invested in helping you improve. It's a great place for former athletes (& non) where the care feels personal. The gym is also amazing. Easily the best PT clinic I've ever been to.”
— Jackson Flynn
“The only reason this review is 5 stars...is because 10 wasn't an option. Revo is truly one of a kind and I cannot recommend it highly enough.”
— Dillon Matthews
