Strength Coach

Primary Responsibilities:
Training Session/Class Delivery:
Lead sessions professionally, engaging participants and offering individualized feedback.
Demonstrate competency in movement standards and skillfully coach clients according to REVO standards.
Actively participate in community events, social media, and promotional activities to foster a sense of community at REVO.
Client Assessment and Care:
Identify movement dysfunction and make appropriate referrals to the in-house care team.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide clients with appropriate services to prevent injuries.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Human Kinetics OR certified Athletic Trainer OR nationally accredited personal trainer or strength coach certification (Preferred: NSCA, NASM, ACSM).
Minimum 3 years of experience in the field.
Minimum 2 years of experience instructing group classes.
Additional specialty certifications (e.g., Mentorships, USA Triathlon, USA Weightlifting, StrongFirst) are preferred.
Effective interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.
Current First Aid/CPR/AED certification.

Physical Therapist
Job Summary: The Physical Therapist at REVO is the cornerstone of our service, seamlessly blending ortho/sport physical skills with advanced strength and conditioning programming. This role involves individualized programming, traditional sports physical therapy assessments, and effective communication to guide patients toward achieving their goals. Maintaining positive relationships with healthcare professionals is crucial both within REVO and the broader community.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, evaluate functional needs, and consult with specialists when required.
Communicate and refer to other healthcare specialists for optimal patient care.
Conduct therapy within state-defined standards of care and departmental policies.
Direct support staff to achieve patient goals and maintain proper documentation standards.
Enhance professional growth through participation in educational programs and staying updated on industry standards.
Provide leadership and act as a resource to promote the profession of physical therapy.
Qualifications:
Advanced knowledge and skill sets for outpatient ortho/sport settings in both physical therapy and strength and conditioning.
Successful graduation from an APTA-approved physical therapy program with NPTE completion.
Current physical therapy license from the state of Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA).
Successful completion of a background check.
Ability to perform lifting, positioning, pushing, and/or transferring of patients and weights.
