Kelsey’s passion for movement started early through dance, where she developed a deep appreciation for how the body moves and expresses itself. That curiosity led her to earn a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, where she expanded her understanding of the “what” and “why” behind body mechanics.

With over 10 years of experience as a Strength Coach, Kelsey has learned that effective training goes far beyond sets and reps—it’s about the person. She focuses on helping clients move better, build strength, and feel their best in a way that aligns with their individual goals and lifestyle. She believes that every person who walks into the gym has a unique story and a deeper reason for being there, whether it’s training for a race, chasing a new PR, or simply wanting the energy and mobility to keep up with everyday life. Kelsey is passionate about meeting clients where they are and working alongside them to create meaningful, lasting progress.

Originally from Atlanta, she’s new to Colorado and excited to be surrounded by both a strong fitness community and the beauty of the mountains. When she’s not coaching or training, you’ll likely find her hiking, skiing, cooking in the kitchen, trying new coffee shops, or diving into new “Colorado hobbies.”
